- Will my bag look exactly like the one I designed?
For the most part, yes, as all of our bags are handmade and custom designed to your specifications. There may be, however, some slight variations in color, grain, etc. That is the beauty of a Design Guru bag it is one of a kind, just like you. You will never see two that are exactly alike.
- How long will my bag take to arrive?
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- Can I return my bag if I dont like it?
A Design Guru bag is a one-of-a-kind commissioned work. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
- Is Express Delivery available?
Due to the fact that our bags are not mass-produced, we do not offer expedited delivery services.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
- What if I want to further personalize the bag with options that I do not see on the website?
If you dont see a personalization option you would like, please submit a suggestion to us. These are your bags, and we are always looking for ways to make them more meaningful to you.
- Why are some color and material options available only with certain bags?
All of our bags have a unique style. Depending upon the style, there are only certain colors the materials and skins come in. But please check back often, as we frequently feature special skins and options in limited quantities for all of our designs.
- Are these bags available at retail?
No, not at this time.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards, along with personal checks.
